I went in to get a ring re-sized. I also was going to get a chain and a custom made ring. The ring was re-sized but they polished out the antiquing. Then the sales girl mis-communicated the price. I asked for a refund on the necklace chain and refused to go back to get my custom made ring. Customer service is extremely important. They made way too many mistakes in such a short time. They also damaged my ring but refused to admit to it. I'm never going back.

I was going to give a better review, despite the lack of...charm from the employees. But When I went to pick up my watch, when they called and told me it was fixed, the primary reason I left it there was not fixed. I went 30 minutes out of my way for no reason.

Would give no stars if possible. I'm disgusted by the inappropriate insolence of the owner. If you break someone's jewelry while you're supposed to be fixing it - just fix it. Don't accuse them of moaning and groaning and LYING. Don't call the jewelry cheap - it wasn't! Don't condescend to say you doubt it was purchased in Ireland by a now deceased parent - it was! And certainly don't think that you are entitled to more money to fix a problem you created - you're not! Owner is a smug, insulting cheat. If you want a lot of babyish drama from some hack who doesn't stand behind his work This is your place. If you value your jewelry, DON'T GO HERE!!

Went here and spoke to owner about a 2.5 to 3 Carat loose Cushion Cut. This was 4 months ago. I returned 3 times after to follow up and still no call or effort to get me what I wanted. I went to 3 other jewelers who jumped on the opportunity to sell me a 22 to 26k diamond. They failed miserably by assuming perhaps I could not afford when in fact I paid in cash.. literally. In addition the first time I went there I had them polish my jewelery. They charged me 10 dollars and when I got my pieces back they looked untouched. Basically I wouldn't trust this mom and pop place. There are far better jewelers you can purchase from.

The staff seem very knowledgeable and helpful. I took I a ring for repair on a Wednesday and it was done by Friday evening! It also was more affordable than I had expected for the repair. The ring looks good as new. I would definitely use them again.

I went here trying to sell two necklaces I've had laying around from ex-boyfriends. The guy who looked them over pointed out lots of things he didn't like about them and then low-balled me on the price from what I can tell based on similar styles I saw online. Not terribly impressed.

Have done business here before and have always been pleased with the service. Today I walked in looking to get my watch repaired. The owner actually fixed it while i browsed around the store, and then said your all set, no charge. Great service, and will def do business with again.
